Cacao Sound Journey with Handpan and Sound Bath

Bebe has collaborated with both David for Cacao Meditations and Jason for Handpan Yoga. This event brings together the three for an unforgettable immersion into frequency and comfort. No previous experience necessary.

This Sound Healing Meditation event will start with OOMHZ Cacao tasting and then we will move into an extended Sound session starting with Live handpan by Jason of @turnitoff.music and move seamlessly into a Sound Bath by Bebe.
The Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is meant to help you access parasympathetic states and lower your cortisol (stress) levels. After Sound Healings with Bebe many participants share experiences including or related to

About the studio : This is a yoga studio with plenty of parking in the lot. The floors are padded, please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to unwind.

It's ideal to refrain from eating one hour before the start of the event for maximum access to states of deep rest in your nervous system. This will also ensure you feel the chakra opening effects of the cacao.
