Upon arriving you will be served heart-opening cacao. We open the circle with sharing and connecting. Anine will take you on a sound journey and open up the vibrational space so that you can choose to which degree you wish to participate and heal. Maybe you only need to receive the healing. Maybe you wish to open your voice as well. This is a space that allows your intuition to open up, and lets your body heal through intention and vibration.
After the ceremony we will move slowly into a yoga session with Synnøve. We will start off grounding deeply into our bodies, before moving in a slow, fluid flow with the intention to allow our bodies to move in a explorative way so that we can unwind and let go of mental & bodily tension, and then dive into longer yin poses and a guided yoga nidra.
We will then share a beautiful, plant based meal together. Synnøve will be bringing her raw cakes and we will relax in each others company until we finish.

Anine walks the path of balance. Through sound she holds masculine presence and feminine energy is harmony for those willing to join her space. Her passion is cleansing all our bodies through sound vibrations. She holds the energy of Earth, plants and water while bringing the cosmic self into form. She studies herb alchemy, tantra, light language, integral theory and overall holistic health beyond our current paradigm.
