Cacao Sol Ceremony of the Heart

Ceremony of the Heart - Saturday September 30, 2023:

• 6:15-6:30 pm Abrete Corazon (Open Your Heart): Opening invocation, Heart tuning and energy clearing to create space for the sacred medicine of Cacao.

• 6:30-7:00 pm One Heart, One Spirit, One CommonUnity: Sacred space is opened with a brief talk on Cacao, its many uses and healing benefits. After a brief introduction to Cacao, everyone will be served a delicious creamy cup of Cacao. After a brief meditation and intention setting, we will connect with our voices and hearts by singing several mantras to spread our vibration of love, freedom and joy for all.

• 7:00-7:15 pm Brief Intermission

• 7:15-8:00 pm Shamanic Breathwork Experience: Unlock and release stored trauma and muscular tension while calming your nervous system through the power of your own breath. During this 45 minute Shamanic Breathwork practice, we will manage symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression, all while fostering a sense of peace, self-awareness and relaxation. Journey with Shamanic Breathwork, Trauma and Addiction Spirituality Coach Rosalia as we move towards a greater sense of self love, self awareness, revitalization and a state of bliss.

• 8:00 pm-8:45 pm Sharing Circle: Luis and the other facilitators will share songs about Cacao, Friendship and Connection before opening up the circle for anyone who is open to share something. This can look like sharing a song, a poem, a story or just a few words of gratitude for the space and the people in it.

• 8:45-9:30 pm Vibrations of the Heart: After everyone has had a chance to share, we will all lay down for a sound healing and reiki attunement in order to crystalize everything that we've experience during the ceremony.

• 9:30-10:00 pm Integration and Connection: Free time for pictures and connection.

• 10 PM Closing
