Join us for an evening of deep restoration featuring a heart‑opening cacao ceremony led by Sacred Seed Coaching and a soothing sound bath from Adagio Sound Healing.We’ll begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, an ancient plant medicine cherished for its ability to open the heart, heighten presence and deepen connection. As you sip, you’ll be guided to set gentle intentions for your evening and the path ahead.
From there, we’ll transition into a meditative sound bath, immersing you in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments. These frequencies support nervous system regulation, melt away stress and help bring the body and mind back into balance. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer and deeply renewed.
This gathering is an invitation to pause, release what no longer serves you and step into a space of grounding, healing and community connection. Whether you’re seeking emotional release, deep rest, or a gentle energetic reset, this evening will meet you exactly where you are.
