Sacred Medicine • Cacao & Sound Journey

Join us for a guided heart-opening evening rooted in ancestral wisdom, ceremony, and sound. The journey begins with a sacred cacao circle, followed by a meditative inner experience supported by breath, intention, and healing sound frequencies. Meet your Medicine Guides & Co-Facilitator
Dr. Cher Matthew
Cher of the Secwepemc Nation is a Lightworker, certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT) Facilitator, Indigenous Chaplain, Leadership Coach, Professor, and Reiki Level II Practitioner. She has a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from Carleton University, MA Leadership & Training (Royal Roads), and BA in Anthropology/Sociology (SFU). She has been active in the Indigenous sweatlodge since the age of 15 and has been engaged in multiple healing modalities like breathwork, creative visualization and yoga for over 30 years. Rachel Hayek (@rachelhayek_) is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and leadership coach. Her work blends breathwork, somatics, energy healing, and coaching to support embodied transformation and inner alignment.
