About this Event
Join us for a Cacao Ritual, a two-hour session designed to harmonize the body and mind.
We begin with a cup of rich, raw ceremonial grade cacao to connect deeply with the heart, followed by a gentle yoga flow to land softly in your body, grounding and reconnecting with your physical being. Finally, we settle into a guided meditation that uplifts the core-self, creating a deep sense of peace and connection.
After the session, we invite you to join us in our conversation pit to mingle with other like-minded women and share your experiences, deepening your connection with the New Girl in Town community.
