Begin the evening by nourishing your heart with a blissful cup of ceremonial cacao. You will be held in a sacred and loving space, as we reverently explore and play in the ethereal realms with the ancestral spirits. As we slow down to listen to each collective heart beat, you will heighten your senses to what is pleasurable for you, as you bring awareness to the softening of your heart’s desire.
Following the sacred cacao ritual, we will be exploring the teaching of tantra and applying its principles to conscious touch. First, you will learn about the tantric principles of embodiment, and why they’re important for increasing pleasure and creating a positive feedback loop. Then, you will learn the different forms of touch. Finally - you will be working with your partner to practice the different forms of touch, while giving and receiving feedback in a connected and pleasurable way.
Both partners will get a turn to practice these new skills of giving and receiving the touch. This process will help participants learn about their body, and gives them the opportunity to discover and express authentically what kind of touch feels juiciest for them.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to connect even deeper with themselves and others by opening up the pathway to expressing in a container of safety your heart's authentic desires.
While this workshop is geared towards partner activities, you are welcome to practice with yourself or another participant. This workshop is open to all.
