Do you long for more stability when life feels shaky, and for deeper, more authentic connection with yourself and others?
This workshop is for you who have already taken steps on the path of self-awareness and self-acceptance, and feel called to go deeper.
Through ceremonial cacao and Internal Family Systems (IFS), you’ll be guided to gently explore your inner world: the different parts of you that carry emotions, needs, and protective strategies. Meeting these parts with curiosity and compassion is where deep self-love and healing can begin.
Cacao helps soften the nervous system, open the heart, and anchor you more fully in the present moment. From that grounded place, we explore inward. After that, if you wish, share what’s alive in you with others. Sharing in a safe, held group often brings a sense of relief, acceptance, and genuine connection.

👤 ABOUT DANIEL
Daniel has four years of university-level psychology studies and a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric. He works as an IFS coach, yoga teacher, and workshop leader, and has several years of experience holding spaces centered on presence, authenticity, and emotional safety. Participants often describe his spaces as insightful, present and safe.
