Cacao Meditation Circle

Join us for a gentle, heart-opening meditation practice supported by a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao. This guided experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect with breath and intention, and cultivate inner spaciousness.

Each session includes:
• A brief grounding meditation
• Mindful sipping ritual with cacao
• Guided breathwork or visualization
• Quiet reflection to begin the day with clarity and calm

The Cacao Meditation Circle is part of our Spanda Circle series—designed to help you reconnect with the natural rhythm between movement and stillness.
