Engage with your senses during this experience, the Cacao Love ritual addresses three stages : release, nourishment, and protection.
1. Cacao Release:
- Body Scrub: Use a natural exfoliant Rouch Love, containing cacao, Coffee, maca root, coconut. The act of scrubbing not only helps in the removal of dead skin cells but symbolically lets go of old energies and baggage.
- Breathwork: take on deep breathing exercises. This helps to oxygenate the body and release tension.
2. Cacao Nourishment :
- Cacao absorption: Here, the primary objective is to let the skin soak up the nutrients, using a cacao mask, Love Grows can provide a rich sensory experience.

3. Cacao Protection :
- Healing Touch: Gentle massage techniques using cacao butter, Theo Love can be used to stimulate blood flow and activate the body's natural protective mechanisms.
