Join us for cacao and Kirtan at Mindful Journey, during this season of winter, a time of slowness and hibernation, a time for rest and reflection, a time where our inner world doesn’t match the working world because it’s not meant to, it is a season that’s hard for many, especially in a society that demands our attention, energy, and time, regardless of the season.You’re invited to gather with us on this land, as we honor our inner seasons with the outer seasons, we will drop in to re-center, to connect, and to breathe in our remembrance to the earth, we’ll connect to our hearts through cacao ceremony and to our voices through Kirtan ♥️
This is a space to be as you are and come as such 🙏🏼
Please bring a mug for cacao, a yoga mat or chair to sit on, and dress as your soul desires.
This ceremony is donation based, all proceeds go to the expense of cacao and to the land here at Mindful Journey to support this property 🌱
If you wish to bring some kind of food, your favorite snack or a nourishing dish to share, you are welcome to do so 🫶🏼
