Cacao Infused Mindful Movement and Meditation Experience
This workshop begins with drinking a serving of ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant ally traditionally used to support connection, insight, and emotional clarity. Cacao invites us to slow down, listen inward, and gently awaken the heart, creating space for intention, reflection, and presence. Rich in antioxidants, magnesium, and mood-supporting compounds, cacao gently stimulates circulation, enhances focus, and supports a calm yet alert state, helping participants drop into presence and intention with greater ease.
Following cacao, we transition into mindful movement , stretches and breathwork focused on restoration, mobility, and longevity. Gentle, intentional movement and guided breath awareness support joint health, nervous system regulation, and overall balance—creating a grounded, nourishing experience for both body and mind.
The workshop ends with a guided meditation and reflective journaling, offering space to integrate insights, cultivate self-awareness, and deepen the mind–body–heart connection. This workshop is come as you are, is accessible to all levels and every and any type of body and invites you to reconnect with yourself through heart, breath, and movement.
