Join me on the 24th of June 2023 for a heart opening cacao ceremony. Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent-up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are.
It’s also a wonderful time to give yourself mental and physical space and peace. You get to switch off, and retreat inwards, helping you to learn more about yourself, and gain clarity on where you are and where you’re headed. Any blocks that are currently taking hold of you, will be replaced with love, ease and joy.
Ceremonial Cacao: As an ancient plant medicine and wise teacher, Mother Cacao can deepen awareness. Cacao is known for its many health benefits and to open and allow access to our heart centre, where our connection to self and spirit resides. In a nutshell, it really accelerates the breathwork experience, taking you into a deeper state of awareness and more open to shifts. I work with 100% TsArriba Nacional / Fino de Aroma cacao bean from Ecuador's Tsatsayaku Association grown in the traditional Kichwa or ‘Chakra’ method.
Kundalini Breath work: Oxygenates the entire body, clearing the mind, strengthening the nervous system, balancing the two hemispheres of the brain, cleaning the aura, detoxifying the body, improving digestion, and releasing fears, insecurity, irritability, depression, and other fear-based blocks.
Pranayama exercises also balance prana and Apana. Prana is the basic life force that animates our being. Apana is the energy that makes elimination possible. When the Apana in the lower chakras mixes with Prana (by applying the locks while suspending the breath), heat (referred to as tappa) is generated, which raises the Kundalini up the spine through the chakras.
Guided Meditation: After our cacao ceremony, you will journey through a deep guided heart meditation.
Shamanic Drumbeats and crystal bowl activation: At the end of our journey, you will return to your body assisted by the beats of native American drum and crystal frequencies focusing on the heart chakra.
