A Cacao Ceremony is an ancient ritual to honor the elements of nature, to create a connection with all living beings and express gratitude for life itself.A ceremony is a way of the heart and reflects humanity's connection and relationship with the land and the world around us.
A Cacao Ceremony offers an opportunity for connection to one another and to nature, in an urban environment. When offered with integrity we may feel a stronger connection to one another and to the earth.
Join us Wednesday, November 20th at 6:45pm as we come together to drink a cup of cacao in mindful awareness while focusing on gratitude and celebrating life.
A journal will be provided and we will begin a gratitude journal together and discuss the benefits of focusing on gratitude, not just at Thanksgiving, but each and every day!
