Ceremonial Cacao:
Cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart-opening medicine, used in sacred rituals to connect with the wisdom of the heart.
Rich in minerals and natural compounds that uplift the mood and bring mental clarity, cacao nourishes both body and mind.
By softening the mind and awakening presence, it guides us back to our heart — to a space of truth, love, and authenticity.
When combined with dance, cacao deepens our connection to the body, allowing energy to flow freely.
It supports emotional release, grounding, and the awakening of joy — helping us return to a natural state of harmony and inner freedom.
Ecstatic Dance:
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice that invites you to express, release, and reconnect with your essence through music and motion.
There are no steps to follow — only your body’s wisdom guiding you.
As you dance, you move energy, open your heart, and return to the present moment.
It’s a journey of liberation, awareness, and joy — where the dance becomes a meditation, a celebration, and a prayer.

How to prepare for the cacao:

Recommendations:
- Avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event.
- Drink plenty of water before and after drinking cacao to stay hydrated.
- Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
