In this exclusive bi-weekly event your host will share their knowledge through beautiful practices to promote your overall healing and to connect to yourself and the essence of our human existence and experience - physical connection.

Cacao ceremony, heart cave meditation, conscious touch circle and resting in touch will nurture your soul to drop into a full relaxation. Your evening will be nothing short of magic with nurturing sounds of beautiful frequencies and instruments of ancient wisdom.

This workshop is held for only 5 participants so it is perfect for those who are keen to discover touch therapy but don't want to be around many people.

It is recommended to have an easy meal maximum 1 hour before the event to harness maximum effect for body, soul and mind.

Please be mindful of personal hygiene - make sure you are showered maximum 12 hours before the workshop and not wearing strong scents.

About the organiser:

Reka is a cuddle therapist, the founder of Hungarian Hug Haven. It is her mission to provide a safe space for people where you can feel the healing power of the human touch, a space where you can simply leave your worries behind, where you don't even have to talk if you don't want to, where you can just simply exist and ease into your breathing and the strokes and snuggles of another person, where there is no expectation to be anyone but yourself or to take things further than the present moment. Isolation, sadness, stress, grief, wanting to feel heard, seen and held are all very valid reasons to ask for the human closeness and touch we all so need. During Reka's group or 1:1 sessions, you can leave all your masks behind.
