Join us for a Cacao Ceremony and Movement practice to connect with the spirit of You
Come together in circle with a small group of open minded folk as a simple brew of ceremonial cacao is prepared. Gently warmed, the brew is bitter with an edge of sweetness and spice.
Weaving intention, meditation and movement with this ancient tradition you will be guided home to your heart, to remember who you are at your core.

- What is a Cacao Ceremony? -
A cacao ceremony is a facilitated journey into your soul, your sanctuary. It is a journey home to you. With the spirit of Maestra Cacao as our ally and an elixir made from the sacred plant medicine cacao it is an opportunity to meet yourself in a new light.
- Does movement mean I have to dance? -
Not at all. 'Movement' in this context is about allowing yourself to feel the music in your body and then express that feeling with your body. For some this may be sitting and swaying gently, for others it may be moving around the room.
