In this session, the ancient medicine of cacao and the wisdom of the yoga practice will be merged to explore and empower your relationship to the feeling of joy. Through a simple cacao ceremony, gentle asana, chanting, meditation, and live music, you may be sweetly surprised to find and feel JOY.
