is a special Yule time Cacao Ceremony to bring the energy of the season to our circle.
Come enjoy an evening of self-love and high vibrations during an immersive cacao ceremony with a festive twist.
This intimate ceremony will give us the space and time to tune into the stillness within to connect to our deepest intuition, release any blockages that may be present, bring clarity to any areas that need our attention and help us enjoy a deep sense of peace and well-being before relaxing in to a guided drum meditation to connect with yourself and your own heartspace. A truly connective, healing experience.

For thousands of years ancient tribes have considered cacao as a sacred plant with healing properties. Not only was cacao used in ceremonial settings but it was also renowned as a medicinal plant that aids in the healing of and opening up of the heart. It facilitates greater connection to other people and to yourself. Allowing you to feel, hear and speak your own truth.
We will come together for this sacred ceremony, honouring this sacred plant medicine, the time, space, yourself, and all the components that will come together to create this special experience.
We will set our intention and reconnect, opening up our hearts to allowing the healing to begin.
It is such a beautiful practice and I hope you will join this sacred ceremony.
The evening will consist of giving thanks to the ancient medicine and receiving its gift in the form of a blessing.
You will then drink the Special Festive Blend of Sacred Cacao and accept its medicine.
To connect with your own body and let the Cacao work within, tou will be guided through a breathwork session and we will look to the Cacao cards for guidance and insight before you relax in sacred space for a guided drum meditation to relax and nurture you as you connect with your heartspace.
The sacred Cacao will open your heart and give you release so you can heal and reconnect. You will be welcome to share in this safe and nurturing circle, giving you the time and love to let go.

Cacao has no hallucinogenic effects and is a natural plant medicine. It has medicinal properties and is a healing medicine.
As it does open the heart anyone who has any heart problems (pacemaker, etc) would be advised not to use cacao.
Anyone on any blood pressure medication must make the facilitator aware as your dose will need to be reduced.
Also if you are taking anti-depressant medication you may experience a slight headache after taking cacao.
