About this Event
Gather with us under the energy of the full moon for an evening of connection, release, and renewal. We’ll begin with gentle movement to ground ourselves before sharing in a sacred cacao ceremony, meditation, and a powerful bowl burning ritual to let go of what no longer serves us.
__
Cacao ceremonies are an ancient practice originating in Central and South America, where cacao has long been honored as a sacred plant medicine for opening the heart, deepening presence, and fostering community. Drinking cacao in ceremony can support clarity, emotional release, and a sense of connection to both self and others.
__
Together, we will sip cacao with intention, move through guided meditation, and close with the symbolic act of fire to invite healing and transformation. Come as you are—all are welcome.
__
Our hosts are yoga teacher and certified nurse, Erika Middleton and yoga teacher and therapist, Lex Hingle. Ceremony will be held at a private location in J. Ward. You'll receive the location when you register!
