Join us for a nourishing afternoon of movement, stillness, and heart-opening practices — all in support of Saint Francis Hospice.

This special fundraising event will guide you through:

✨ A cacao ceremony for connection and reflection

✨ Gentle vinyasa yoga, suitable for all levels

✨ A deeply restorative sound bath with crystal bowls and gongs

✨ Space to rest, reset, and share community energy

During the sound bath, a variety of instruments will be used to help you enter a state of deep relaxation — often called ‘rest and digest’ — where the body’s natural healing processes take place.

What to bring:

A yoga mat, yoga blocks (if you like) water, layers, pillows, blanket, socks — anything that helps you feel comfortable and cosy during the sound bath.

Why this matters ?

I’m taking part in Strictly Saint Francis 2025, dancing to raise vital funds in memory of my wonderful Nan. Saint Francis Hospice gave her and our family the most incredible care, and this event is part of my fundraising journey.
