About the Ceremony:
Each Cacao Ceremony is a unique co-creation of the energies brought by each participant and the potent spirit of Cacao. Recognized for centuries by the indigenous tribes of Central America, Cacao is a superfood containing a complex mix of vitamins and aminos. It facilitates powerful transformation by accessing the heart center and deepening one’s connection to spirit. Cacao brings you to the doors of perception, allowing you to work with your shadows or step into your own power and gifts. We are honored to have access to this special plant medicine grown in small quantities in the highlands of Guatemala.

About the Facilitators:
Darin and Lacey have spent over 10 years exploring the energy of Cacao and guiding others through this experience. They use Cacao ceremoniously to tap into the energetic body, work through the emotional body, discover and release shadows, and cultivate heartfelt connections. Their ceremonies, enriched with blessings and movement practices, have introduced Cacao to participants worldwide, earning respect from both newcomers and experienced facilitators.
About Cacao:
Cacao has been used for centuries by indigenous cultures of Central and South America for ceremonies, medicine, and personal consumption. The Mayan believed Cacao was a divine gift, used for spiritual and healing purposes. Over time, the use of Cacao expanded through Aztec society and beyond, becoming a form of currency and trade. Despite the mass production of Cacao varieties like Forrestero and Trinitario, the Criollo strain remains the most potent, particularly for ceremonial use.
