It has a unique ability to stimulate blood flow and focus on the heart rather than the nervous system. Enriched with tryptophan, a serotonin precursor, pure cacao can also lead to a heightened sense of well-being and relaxation.Led by the heart2heart team, guided by experienced facilitator Brooksie Edwards, this ceremony is a profound exploration of processing and integrating grief and love in its myriad forms. Joining Brooksie are Lolly Dunlap and Amy Durso, weaving a tapestry of music and chanting throughout the ceremony. We will invite sharing, breathwork, movement, meditation, and a serene period of relaxation and renewal.
