Join Amanda for her first cacao ceremony after returning from the Guatemalan jungle (home of cacao) to pause and set goals for yourself, journal without distraction, take the first steps to start you on your path towards achieving these goals, with the help of the powerful natural heart-opening drink Cacao.
You will be encouraged to drop past the conscious mind and into the heart, relax the nervous system, and help you to access your internal compass to move forward from a place of deep focus and relaxation.
