We will join together for this sacred Cacao Ceremony to connect and nourish the body, heart and Soul.
Cacao has been used for thousands of years for its physical and spiritual benefits.
Often referred to as “Mama Cacao” due to its feminine energy, drinking this elixir brings energy and expands the heart chakra, allowing us to more deeply embody compassion and unconditional love toward ourself and others.
Ceremonies gift us the space to disconnect from outside world and bring our awareness to the more subtle feelings, emotions and intuitions within us.
Everyone is welcome to join but please contact the facilitator if you are taking any medication (especially those affecting the heart, blood pressure, or antidepressants) or if you are pregnant.
