To share the love for this magical fruit known as "the fruit of the gods", we are hosting our very own cacao ceremony. We'll come together on the night of the Winter Solstice, under the energy of the June Full Moon, and be gently guided through the ceremony. With each sip we take in, we set a new intention for ourselves, for what we want to achieve, for something we want to work on or anything your mind conjures in the moment. During this workshop we will dive deep into soul nourishment and replenishment.This workshop is a non-traditional cacao ceremony inspired by Renee's time in Mexico, one steeped deep in love and intention, along with so much more happiness, here's a little of what you can expect:
^ A welcome circle
^ Gentle breath work and meditation leading you into your Cacao Ceremony
^ With each intention and during your ceremony either journalling or a Mandala creation
^ Flowing into deep restoration and yoga nidra with a group healing
^ Closing Circle
^ And as always..... more magic and happiness will evolve.
Alongside your workshop you will be gifted a stunning cacao mug to take home with you.
We have set aside 2.5 hours for this goodness, however please allow a little extra time as we feel more magic will expand while we're together. We also recommend having just a very light meal approx an hour before arriving so the cacao can work its goodness.
We also only have 16 spaces available for this goodness and no option to extend.
Please bring with you a journal, wear your cosiest clothing as we settle in for pure loving goodness.
