Welcome to the Cacao Ceremony at Natur Synergi.At this Cacao ceremony you will have the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself.
When you drink the sacred ceremonial cacao from Peru, you will feel a stronger connection to yourself.
The cacao expands your senses and you get better in touch with your emotions.
You therefore have the opportunity to let go of what no longer benefits you.
The cacao opens your heart chakra and there is a greater physical circulation to the heart. During the ceremony you will receive healing through reiki healing, bowls and drumming.
Practical information:
-Please bring a pen and notebook
-Bring a blanket, pillow and a mat if you want to sit or lie on the floor with your own things.
There are mats, blankets and pillows you can borrow.
-Your own cup, we also have cups you can use.
-Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony
-Please refrain from eating for 3-4 hours before
-Please eat healthy the day before and avoid consuming coffee, alcohol and possibly sugar.
- You are also welcome to bring a crystal or sth. you treasure for the alter.
