Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that increases circulation, gently opens blood vessels, including the heart and supports embodied presence. It nurtures emotional awareness, especially when held in a sacred space, guided by the healing vibrations of sound, allowing us to connect more deeply with the light and love within ourselves.
As we melt into this space and allow the Cacao to soften our bodies & minds, and allow the vibrations to wash over and through us, we are guided to our inner truth. We are given an opportunity to cultivate a deeper connection to our higher selves, held, supported, rooted within the light in our own hearts.
2/22 is a powerful portal of harmony and alignment. This journey honors your inner light, supports emotional balance, and invites clarity, grounded presence, and heart coherence. In this safe, nurturing space, you are invited to soften, receive, and explore whatever arises (whether that’s deep reflection, tears, joy, insight, or stillness). There is no wrong way to experience Cacao and/or sound healing. Your spirit will receive whatever is meant for you; you just have to say YES!
✨ Get comfy: bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, warm socks, your favorite teddy bear, power crystals, Malas, oracle card etc. Please bring a mug for cacao and water.
✨ Preparation: Recommended to fast 3 hours prior; avoid caffeine, dairy, alcohol (24 hrs), and other plant medicines to fully receive Cacao’s gifts and to give yourself the opportunity to be fully present.
✨ We close with a sharing circle, where you can be held, heard, and witnessed by others, allowing your experience to begin to integrate.

***CONTRAINDICATIONS: anti-depressants/anti-anxiety and heart medications***
Please contact me privately, in confidentiality BEFORE ceremony if you are on either of these. Since Cacao contains the “feel good” chemicals that antidepressants are trying to provide and balance we want to have a conversation around how much cacao you should consume.
For those on heart medication Cacao does raise your heart rate 10-20%. It is also a naturally fermented food that contains tyramine both of which some heart medications say to have in moderation.
IF PREGNANT: Yes, you can still have cacao even when pregnant! It’s just recommended to have a smaller dose depending on what trimester you are in.
