This event combines the heart-opening properties of ceremonial-grade Cacao with the vibrational healing of a professional Sound Bath.
Whether you are a VMAA student looking to balance your training or a member of the local community seeking peace, this 60-minute immersion is designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and revitalized.
What to expect:
- Cacao Ritual: We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and focus the mind.
- Sound Immersion: Lay back and let the frequencies of crystal bowls and chimes wash over you, releasing physical tension and mental clutter.
- Community: Connect with like-minded neighbors in the serene environment of our VMAA studio.
What to bring:
