Experience the heart-opening energy of a sacred cacao ceremony, guided by our wonderful facilitator, Meredith Freedom Young. ☕️💕 Since 2019, Meredith has been holding space for cacao ceremonies that help participants feel grounded, creative, and more in tune with their hearts. 🧘♀️ She will lead us in a heartfelt circle with intentional cacao sipping, light breath work, mindful movement, and a relaxing meditation—leaving you refreshed and ready for the evening. 🍫🌟
Following the ceremony, immerse yourself in the rhythmic vibrations of our drum circle led by Linda Macchia, who has over 14 years of drumming experience and a decade of teaching. 🪘☮️💫 She specializes in frame drums, bodhrán, and djembe, offering accessible classes that bring joy and rhythm to everyone, no matter your level. Feel free to use our instruments or bring your own as we create a space of love, unity, and divine energy. 🎵🌈
