What should I be aware of or what should I bring with me?
Please bring something special to place on the altar, a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, journal and pen and water.
Ensure you:
-Arrive on time
-Hydrate before you arrive
-Avoid caffeine or eating for at least four hours prior to the ceremony (this enables cacao to absorb easier and quicker)
-Dress in comfortable clothing
