About this Event
Cacao is a gentle and grounding sacred plant medicine that has been used for thousands of years by different ancient civilizations such as Mayans, Aztecs, and Toltecs.
During the ceremony, you’ll be guided into a heart-centered space through the energy of Cacao.
The circle starts with an introduction to ceremonial cacao and the Mayan calendar. Then, we drink a cup of cacao followed by a meditation & sound journey intentionally crafted to give you space for inner exploration. The ceremony ends with time for everyone to share their experience and socialize.

<h4>About the Facilitator</h4>My name is Ana, a Mexican-born medicine woman, sound practitioner, trained Cacao facilitator, and ceremonial space holder. I am a devoted student of curanderismo, herbalism, and shamanic practices. My deep passion for learning about and from native communities has led me to work with wisdom keepers such as Mayan elders to bring this work forward in a respectful and aligned way. Learn more here
