Cacao Ceremony

A ceremonial journey to empower + welcome more of yourself home.

This ceremony offers a container for tender self-exploration and inquiry. You'll be supported to utilise and remember your natural healing abilities to self-regulate and elicit positive change in your being. The work we do together is intended to reconnect you with your power and land you wholly in the truth of your heart.

We will journey with the plant medicine cacao to facilitate greater expansion and awareness. It’s an ancient plant medicine that strengthens the relationship with our heart. Physiologically cacao opens up our receptors and stimulates more blood flow to our vital organs, helping us move stuck energy, feel more fully, and engage with the loving energy in our body.

This ceremony will also involve dynamic breathwork + shamanic journeying to support you in reviving your system. This journey reweaves patterning on multidimensional levels (body, psyche + spirit) and unifies you with the wholeness of your being.

Claire is trained in trauma-informed care, and her ceremonial offerings reflect this. Her containers are built with integrity and honour the varied and nuanced experiences that individuals bring into the space.

Please Note: You are welcome to participate in the ceremony and not receive the cacao (or have a milder dose instead). You will still gain all the benefits from the container regardless of your choice. Please let Claire know of your preference upon booking.

Allergy warning: The cacao is made with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, almond milk, coconut sugar.

This experience is not suitable for: Pregnancy, breastfeeding, undergoing chemotherapy, taking anti-depressants, diagnosed bipolar or schizophrenia, diagnosed brain or abdomen aneurysms, uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions, high blood pressure, suffer/or have suffered from any heart-related conditions and allergies to ingredients in cacao listed above.
