On the 2nd Friday of every month I will be holding a Cacao Ceremony we will come together to partake in this spiritual practice, this involves the consumption of ceremonial-grade cacao, in safe, sacred space. Setting intensions, developing mindfulness practice, meditation, creativity, expression, connection, reflection and grounding . Working with the energy of mamma cacao as she works her heart medicine.
Each month will be different the the ceremony may include music, drumming, chanting, movement, meditation, breathwork, and group sharing, You will be gently guided through various activities to promote connection, growth and insight.
