This is a sacred and potent plant medicine that has been used in healing rituals in South America for generations. It will help clear the static of day-to-day life and bring forward your heart’s song. Cacao is a powerful heart opener that can help you discover your inner voice and compass.
Cacao ceremony is perfect for those who are seeking direction, healing, or a deeper connection to their Higher Self or Spirit.
In this beautiful ceremony you will:
• Learn about the history of cacao and how it can be used in meditation to foster connection to your Higher Self and Spirit.
• Be guided in a gentle heart opening meditation.
• Receive a special reiki attunement for Heart Healing/Opening.
• Participate in a water ritual to release old patterns and set intentions for the upcoming year.
• Call forward your heart’s desires and receive direction from guided journal prompts.
• Have an opportunity to connect to others and experience community in a safe space.
What to bring:
• An open heart and an open mind.
• A journal and pen for writing down inspiration, breakthroughs, thoughts, ideas.
• Anything to make you comfortable and create a safe space- fuzzy socks, blankets, small stones/crystals or your favorite sweater.
*Cacao has been shown to have several beneficial therapeutic effects. However, for those with a serious heart condition or on certain SSRI’s, we suggest consulting with your doctor and/or pharmacist regarding higher doses or cacao or consider starting with a lower dose. Additionally, those pregnant or breastfeeding should utilize a lower dose due to caffeine content.
**Herbal tea will be offered as an alternative.
