✨ Journaling & Goal Setting

We’ll start with journaling and setting intentions, providing a space for quiet reflection and meaningful connection as we share our thoughts with the group. Journal and pens are included in your ticket.

✨ Cacao and Guided Meditation

Next, we’ll enjoy a cacao ceremony, sipping ceremonial-grade cacao while focusing on our intentions. This simple yet powerful practice encourages a sense of presence and openness. Kayla will then guide you through a calming meditation centered on the heart, helping you focus inward and find clarity.

✨ Sound Bath

Following the meditation, you’ll experience a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums, a buffalo drum, and a wind instrument. These soothing sounds will help you release stress and feel more balanced.

✨ Closing Sharing Circle

We’ll close the evening by gathering to share our experiences and connect as a group.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to feel comfortable, as well as a journal for the intention-setting exercise. If you do not have a journal, paper will be provided.

This is a time to step back from the demands of everyday life, reflect on your intentions, and leave feeling refreshed and connected.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Sanctuary is an old house converted into a wellness center. You can enter through the front door that faces 1st street or you can enter through the back door. There is a small parking lot at the back of the house. These spots fill up quickly. Please plan to arrive early to find parking. If the small lot is full, you can park in the neighborhood on Mountain Street.
