Meet Tong:
Tong is an accomplished Sound Healer and Life Coach. Her approach to sound healing and life coaching focuses on cultivating an aligned, authentic self to bring about a long-lasting transformation through ancient and modern healing methods. With a background in Mastery Monthes coaching, breathwork. yoga teacher 200hr, kundalini, reiki, psychology, music. Tong brings a unique and holistic approach to her practice. She holds a Master of Science in Communication and a BFA in Fine Arts.
Tong is the Founder of Come As You Are, a wellness space that provides personal development, spirituality, and human potential workshops at a historical Victorian mansion. Her classes with coaching have reached over 5000 students locally and internationally.
