Join the founders of the Vitalist Institute, Micah Mclaughlin and Leah Grace, for this heart and body-centered ceremony.In this ceremony, you will enter into a non-ordinary state with the help of breathwork and ceremonial cacao. By entering a non-ordinary state followed by a sound bath, you will be able to sluff off the stresses of life and reconnect back to your own heart and body.
At the conclusion of ceremony, participants will bathe in a sound bath filled with gong, crystal singing bowls, guitar, voice and other percussion to enter a deep state of relaxation and ease.
No experience is necessary, just a willingness and curiosity is all that is required.
