Here's what you can expect from our event:
Warrior Activation Breathwork Journey: This powerful technique uses the breath to help us activate our nervous system to release anything stored within the body that is holding us back. You'll be guided through a breathwork journey that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.
Vibrational Sound Healing: Our session incorporates the use of a medicine drum, didgeridoos, a powerful gong, the voice, and crystal singing bowls. These accompanying sounds and vibrations will soothe and support you as you relax into your body, creating space for you to receive the full health benefits.
Safe and Supportive Space: We believe that a supportive community is essential for healing. Our event offers a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and connect with others on a similar journey to yourself.
