Rachel and Maz warmly invite you to join us for a deeply nourishing journey designed to open the heart, calm the nervous system, and gently reset mind, body, and spirit — a beautiful way to begin the weekend.
We begin with a Cacao Ceremony, featuring Rachel’s signature cacao blend.
This sacred plant medicine, often referred to as the Plant of the Gods, lovingly supports the nervous system and opens the heart space. Through intention setting and connection, the energetic receptors around the heart expand, opening the electromagnetic field and inviting feelings of love, presence, and connection.
From here, we move into breathwork and gentle chanting, preparing the body and mind to fully receive the sound journey.
You will then be guided through an illuminating soundscape, including:
• Drumming
• The soft humming of the monochord
• Singing bowls, chimes, and gong
These vibrations help shift brainwaves from beta into alpha and theta states, where deep healing, restoration, and regeneration can naturally occur.
Each guest will be offered a heart warmer, placed over the heart or stomach, while resting under blankets, bolsters, and cushions — fully supported, held, and at ease.
