Cacao, Breathwork and Drum Journey

You are wholesomely invited to join this powerful healing immersion on the forthcoming fiery Aries new moon - both a partial solar eclipse and a supermoon! Anne Marie and Nikki will be offering you a sacred, scrumptious and heart opening Cacao, Breathwork & Drum Journey on Saturday, March 29th from 1:30-4:30pm at Soul Fire Studios, Sheffield.
Open your heart and activate your system with sacred cacao, set intentions, drop into deep meditation. Ride the waves of conscious connected breathwork as you release, rewire and reconnect to your primal essence with enchanting shamanic drum sounds. These potent modalities will be held in a safe, respectful, and trauma informed space by qualified facilitators.

About the Facilitators:
Anne Marie is a Senior Yoga Teacher and entrepreneur at her yoga studio and holistic wellness centre, Soul Fire Studios here in Sheffield. She has recently ventured into delivering ceremonial cacao and drum experiences after working with shamanic practices and earth based spiritual paths since 2018. Nikki is a Trauma-informed, Breathwork Facilitator, Soulful Personal Trainer, Ashtanga Yoga Teacher 200hrs, Mindset & Embodiment Coach with over 8 years experience coaching 1to1 and holding group space, circles and festival event workshops. Deeply passionate about using the elements for holistic healing and to help people find inner peace and nervous system regulation through various modalities such as Breathwork, Yoga, Embodiment Practices, presence and play! @igniteandrevivewithnikki
