Cacao Bliss ~ Full Moon Ceremony
Join me for a blissful cacao ceremony, honouring the full moon.
You will be guided through meditation, journalling & gentle somatic movement after receiving the medicine from mama cacao.
I have created a safe space where you will feel held, able to connect with self & allow any emotion to flow freely.
Come as you are - there are no expectations. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a blanket to keep you warm & cosy, a journal if you have one (journal prompts will be provided on paper) & some water.
The cacao will be prepared with oat milk, honey & cinnamon. If you have any dietary requirements then please let me know.
Please arrive by 18:50, ready for a 19:00 start.
