Come a join in with this last Cacao Ceremony of the year with special guest Julie, taking us on a sound immersion.We will start by having our Cacao Ceremony,
flowing into a guided heart centred meditation, then flowing into our sound immersion with Julie. After you have grounded back into your body you will then be able to write down your experience, with a share time afterwards.
