Join us for a deeply transformative afternoon designed to release stored trauma, restore balance, and open the heart.
We will begin with a beautiful Cacao Ceremony, connecting to the heart and setting intentions.
Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that awakens presence, compassion, and openness.
From there, we will move into Sonic Neural Breathwork—a powerful practice using breath, rhythm, and sound to reset the nervous system, release what the body has been holding, and create space for healing.
We will close in a guided Integration Circle, where you’ll be supported in grounding your experience, sharing from the heart, and carrying forward your insights into daily life.
This journey is for anyone seeking:
•Release of stored emotions and trauma
•Greater connection to self and others
•Nervous system reset and regulation
•A safe and loving space for healing
No experience necessary—all are welcome.
Exchange is sliding scale: $55-$88 and goes towards renting the space and the facilitators time and expertise.
Pre-registration is necessary to hold your space as we are limiting to 8 people.
