Grounding into embodied presence and heart connection with the medicine of ceremonial cacao, meditation, community, and intention setting. The cacao ceremony integrates indigenous wisdom and modern science, opening a journey into the intelligence of the human body and nature.

SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Connect with your body and life force energy through movement and mindfulness. We will warm-up for the movement portion of this evening by tuning into ourselves, our senses, our environment, and what is alive within us. Somatic movement is an opportunity to bring us into the present moment, tune in with our nervous system through the soma (body), and embrace movement practices that will bring us into deeper embodied awareness and feeling.
SOMATIC DANCE
Connect with your somatic intelligence and inner creative impulse through organic, free-body movement. This journey offers a safe, and non judgemental space to connect with your body and authentic self expression.
