🌿 Cacao & Somatic Dance Journey 🌿
Step into a sacred space of heart-opening and embodied expression. This unique gathering weaves together the plant medicine mama cacao with the healing power of somatic dance, taking you on a journey of self exploration and expansion!
We begin with a warm ceremonial cup of cacao, a gentle plant ally known for opening and energizing the heart, connecting you to your body, and awakening all of your senses. Guided by intention, we will drink together and allow this medicine to ground us into the body.
From here, we move into somatic dance — a freeform movement practice that invites you to surrender deeply to your body and let it express itself without judgment. You'll learn to flow with your internal rhythm, listen to your body’s needs, and feel into playful movement. This is not about performance or choreography, but about embodiment, presence, and inner freedom.
