Nurture your heart and awaken your inner child with a cozy blend of ceremonial cacao, gentle movement, and guided inner-child–infused practices. This experience invites you to soften into joy, reconnect with the playful parts of yourself, and merge your childlike wonder with your grounded adult self as we move into the holiday season.
We’ll sip warm cacao to open the heart, ease into a feel-good yoga flow accessible to all levels, and explore simple practices that spark joy, imagination, and emotional release. Feel free to come in your favorite onesie for an extra layer of comfort and fun! This is your space to exhale, reset, laugh, stretch, and remember the version of you who was curious, free, and full of magic.
