✨ Cacao + Kirtan: An Evening to Anchor into the Heart ✨As winter invites us inward, we gather for an evening of warmth, connection, and devotion — a space to anchor, soften, and be held.
Join us for a heart-centered experience pairing ethically sourced, pure Guatemalan cacao with transformational mantras and live music. Together, we’ll slow down, warm the body and spirit, and return to what steadies us beneath the busyness of daily life.
You’ll be welcomed with a yummy cacao elixir, prepared with medicinal spices to gently open, nourish, and anchor into the heart. From there, we’ll move into Kirtan — a call-and-response mantra practice rooted in the Bhakti Path, the yogic path of devotion and love.
Through shared song, rhythm, and vibration, we create a co-held space where the mind can quiet, emotions can soften, and presence can deepen. This practice offers a beautiful way to release heaviness, clear stagnant energy, and arrive in a place of warmth, connection, and unconditional love.
Stacey will guide the experience using voice, harmonium, and other instruments to amplify the healing vibrations and bring a playful, supportive energy to the room — inviting you to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

🌿 What is Cacao?
Cacao is a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine derived from the cacao fruit tree — offering the purest form of what we know today as chocolate. Cacao contains theobroma, meaning “Food of the Gods,” and is known for its nourishing, energizing, and mood-supporting qualities.
Stacey partners directly with Guatemalan cacao farms and a local women’s collective, ensuring the cacao is ethically sourced and lovingly prepared. You’ll enjoy a warm cup infused with medicinal spices — a grounding ritual designed to support connection, reflection, and heart-centered presence.
