In the spirit of Valentines we invite you to join us on a self-love journey guided by cacao and dance.

↢ When we love ourselves it not only cultivates a healthier, happier home within, it opens us up to the opportunity to love outside of ourselves even more. ↣

On the evening of February 22nd at 6:30pm we will gather together to sit in circle with one another, to open a place where all are welcome without judgement, and to share in a community event that allows for an individual experience. You will have the chance to speak authentically, be seen, and witness others. Then through a live dj set.
↢ You are invited to dance to the movement of your heart, to move your body with pure intuition and complete freedom. ↣
The experience will consist of:
💞 CACAO
Emily shares a warm cacao beverage she has crafted with love and leads a sacred ceremony where you are given the chance to set an intention you’d like to bring to life. The ceremonial grade cacao offered is Cacao Amor, grown with love in Ecuador and follows the Mayan and Incan lineage, who were some of the first indigenous groups that harvested cacao. We are honored to have access to this heart-opening tool.
💞 DANCE
In an ecstatic dance or conscious movement we allow our sentient bodies to rejoice in play and complete freedom. Dance is a way to shake out stagnant energy and make room for the new to grow within. When the human mind is able to let go and gives way for the body to experience life on its own terms, dropping judgements or preconceived thoughts of “good ”or “bad”, we can find all there is true love for ourselves. Dance in this way can become a moving meditation, where music is the teacher. There are no dance steps to learn, no choreography, and no “right” way to move.
↢The dance will open with some somatic stretching and breathing led by Erica and be guided by the sounds of the talented, soulful, and wonderful Dj Jeanie Jelly. ↣

To encourage deeper connection with self and others alcohol or substance use is discouraged.
WHAT TO BRING:
💧Water
☕️ A mug for the cacao
🟡 A cushion/something cozy to sit on
📝 A journal/something to write with
🟣 Any other cozy things you feel called to have
~~We invite you to bring an item to place at the alter that represents your heart or something that represents love. This is an item you will take back with you at the end. ~~
~We recommend to wear layers and comfortable clothing to move in. It can get hot and sweaty during the dance.~

Type in “Upline Art Studio” into the GPS. This will bring you to the parking lot for the building we are in. Enter building 65 “Office Gate Center”, go to the second floor and take a left. Walk down the hallway through a door and then through a doorway. Infinite Fusion is located in suite 256 on the left.
