We have some exciting news!
On Saturday, February 8th, it’s time for the 3rd edition of the Cacao & Create workshop in Maastricht! This time we will be creating Vision Boards!💞
Creating a Vision Board helps you connect with what is important to you and where you want to focus your energy. You will choose a theme, such as self-love, living in the moment, being true to yourself, positivity; it can be anything that resonates with you. Then, you will intuitively select images that reflect the feelings associated with that theme 💫
Your Vision Board will be a visual representation of what you want to strengthen in your life in 2026!
Of course, we will have some delicious cacao and a meditation beforehand. This time, we will also incorporate some simple, accessible yoga exercises to help you get out of your head and more into your body. All yoga mats, cushions and bolsters will be provided (feel free to bring your own if you prefer).
We invite you to join us on Sunday, February 8th from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Niels Bohrstraat 32, in a beautiful yoga studio in Maastricht. There is free parking right in front of the studio or in the neighborhood and for those who prefer public transport, buses run from the station. You can also cycle, as it is just a 10minute ride from the station!
